Tangy Mint
Ingredients: (serves 2)
- Large Bowl (250 gm) of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
- 1 cup fresh curd (preferably homemade)
- 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 2 dried red chillies
- Sea/rock salt to taste
Method
Step 1:
Roast the peanuts and let it cool down.
Step 2:
Mix all the ingredients well together
Step 3:
Grind it into a fine paste. Relish it with dosas, puffed Amaranth crispy or thepla, try with raagi papad
