As the saying implies, The trees bear fruit only for others to enjoy, the rivers flow to provide water for others. The cows selflessly provide milk for others' benefit. Similarly our body is for doing good deeds, for greater good.
I strongly believe it is our responsibility to be selfless and contribute in whatever capacity we can. Imparting the knowledge acquired over the years, contributing by educating people about healthy lifestyle, good nutrition, proper daily routine is one of my motto in life. I have always focused on doing so every time I have been invited to speak. I am grateful and honoured and thank each and everyone for giving me the opportunity.
